Terms of Service
Effective August 6, 2026
These terms govern your use of boggsmtk.com, the MTK dashboard, and the MTK products — including MTK Attribution, the Site Inspector extension, and the Toolkit (together, the “Services”) — provided by Boggs Marketing Toolkit (“MTK,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to them.
Accounts
You're responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it current. You must be at least 18 and using the Services for business purposes.
Subscriptions & billing
Paid features are billed as subscriptions through Stripe. Fees are charged in advance for each billing period and are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We may change pricing with notice before your next renewal.
Licenses
MTK Attribution is licensed per client website. A license key is for the client site(s) it was issued for — don't share keys across unrelated sites or resell access outside your agency-client relationship. We may suspend keys that show abuse. The tag, dashboard, documentation, and all related code and content are our intellectual property; we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use them as part of the Services, and no other rights.
Your responsibilities as a website operator
When you install MTK Attribution on a website, you (and/or your client) are the data controller for the attribution data it collects on that site. You agree to:
- disclose your use of attribution tracking in the site's privacy policy and obtain any visitor consent required in your jurisdiction;
- comply with applicable privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and similar) and with the policies of ad platforms whose identifiers you collect;
- not use the Services to collect sensitive personal information or to track individuals in ways prohibited by law.
Acceptable use
Don't abuse the Services: no reverse-engineering or redistributing the tag, no circumventing licensing, no interfering with the infrastructure, no using the Services to violate the law or third-party rights.
Disclaimers
The Services are provided “as is.” Attribution is inherently best-effort: browsers, consent tools, ad platforms, and site configurations change, and we don't warrant that every visit will be classified or every field captured. What the tag looks for is documented precisely and publicly, and that documentation is the extent of our promise about classification behavior. We disclaim all implied warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, non-payment, or abuse. Sections that by their nature should survive (IP, disclaimers, liability limits) survive termination.
Changes, governing law & contact
We may update these terms; material changes will be noted on this page with a new effective date, and continued use after a change constitutes acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which we are organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Questions: william@boggscreative.com.
